Producer Admission

Available to Grade A dairy producers who pay the ODFA assessment.

Each Producer Admission Includes:

  • Two lunches and two dinners (including the Dairy Women Scholarship Auction and Coronation)
  • Access to all keynote speakers and breakout sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibitor Hall, Dairy Bar, and Cheese Receptions
  • Participation in all ODFA convention activities
$25 per person, limit 4 per farm
dairy alumni admission

Available to Grade A dairy producers who pay the ODFA assessment. Each Dairy Alumni Admission Includes:

  • Two lunches and two dinners (including the Dairy Women Scholarship Auction and Coronation)
  • Access to all keynote speakers and breakout sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibitor Hall, Dairy Bar, and Cheese Receptions
  • Participation in all ODFA convention activities
$25 per person, limit 2 per membership
General Admission – Member

(Must be a current Associate Member) Full convention admission. Each ticket includes:

  • Two lunches and two dinners (for full convention tickets)
  • Access to all keynote speakers and breakout sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibitor Hall, Dairy Bar, and Cheese Receptions
  • Participation in all ODFA convention activities

The Oregon Dairy Farmers Convention is conveniently hosted at the Salem Convention Center, located in the heart of downtown Salem and connected to The Grand Hotel, one of the city's premier lodging options. A special room block with discounted rates is available at The Grand Hotel for Convention attendees.

Please note: our room block is limited and available until February 27th, so we encourage early booking.

FAQs

When does registration close?

Registration remains open through March 2nd, though we encourage early registration to secure your spot.

Can I register on-site at the Convention?

Yes, a limited number of on-site registrations will be available at the Salem Convention Center starting March 9th. However, pre-registration is strongly recommended to guarantee your materials and meal counts.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to update the registration information.

Is parking available at the venue?

Complimentary underground parking is available for all Grand Hotel guests and Convention Center event attendees. For overflow parking information and additional details, visit the Salem Convention Center Parking Guide.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ODFA staff. Refunds will be issued based on the date written notice is received: Before January 15, 2026: 100% refund, less a $25 administrative fee. January 15–February 15, 2026: 50% refund. After February 15, 2026: No refunds will be issued. Attendees who do not attend the event ("no-shows") forfeit all fees.

Can I attend just one day of the Convention?

Single-day passes are available. Select your preferred day during registration. Full convention passes offer the best value and access to all sessions and networking events.
