Producer ticket rates apply to dairy producers paying the ODFA assessment. Cost: $25 per person. Limit 4 tickets per farm. Dairy Alumni can purchase producer tickets at $25 per person, limit 2 per membership.
Children’s Admission
Children’s admission tickets are available to producers as an additional option beyond the four (4) Producer Tickets. Meals are not included in Children’s Admission but can be added separately.

Tickets are for those currently registered as sponsors or exhibitors. Please use your ACCESS CODE when purchasing tickets. Your Access Code will reveal the free tickets included with your sponsorship or exhibitor level.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before February 3, 2025. Partial refunds (50%) will be available for cancellations made between February 4 – February 17, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 17, 2025, or for no-shows.
Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent participation, we encourage transferring the sponsorship/exhibitor space to a colleague or utilizing promotional benefits in other ways.
If you can no longer attend, registrations can be transferred to another individual within your organization at no additional cost. Please notify us with the new attendee’s details by February 17, 2025.
ODFA reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the convention due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled, all registered attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued accordingly.
